You are invisible where it counts
Homeowners search, the map shows three businesses, and you are not one of them. The work you do has nothing to do with it.
Growth Systems for Local Contractors
Turn your website and Google presence into a smarter source of high-value projects.
The problem
Four things quietly take projects off established contractors, and not one of them is about craftsmanship.
Homeowners search, the map shows three businesses, and you are not one of them. The work you do has nothing to do with it.
Companies you would not hire yourself are taking the call, because they set their Google profile up properly and you did not.
They reach the website, cannot tell in five seconds whether you do their job in their town, and go back to the results page.
The phone rings while the crew is pouring. Nobody calls back until tomorrow. By then they have hired somebody else.
The Hometown Hero System
We build all three, in this order — the cheap fast ones multiply everything slow and expensive that comes after.
Google Business Profile and local visibility
Your profile rebuilt properly — the right primary category, every service written the way customers actually search for it, hours that include holidays. Then a website whose structure mirrors the profile, so Google can verify what you claim instead of taking your word for it.
Reviews, proof, and a site that asks for the job
A review engine that runs itself — every finished job asks that customer, worded to get a real sentence about the work rather than a bare star. Tap-to-call, a form that works on a phone, and directions wired into both the profile and the site.
Calls, texts, tracking and estimate follow-up
Missed-call text-back, so a caller you could not reach gets a text in seconds instead of voicemail. Automatic replies on forms inside a minute. Every call tracked to its source, and a pipeline so no estimate goes quiet because somebody forgot.
Proof
Anyone can search their own business and screenshot a flattering result. It tells you nothing, because Google personalises what you see. We scan your entire service area instead — before we start, and every month after.
The day-zero scan cannot be recreated later. It is the first thing we do, before a single change.
Who you are working with
You will talk to the people doing the work. Everything below is built and run by us — nothing is outsourced, and nobody is learning on your account.
The difference
Every row below is a decision we made on purpose, and most of them cost us money.
| Most agencies | Hometown Hero | |
|---|---|---|
| Contract length | Six to twelve month lock-in | Month to month, cancel any time |
| Who they take on | Anyone with a card | One contractor per trade, per market |
| What the report leads with | Rankings and impressions | Jobs booked and revenue — rankings second |
| The guarantee | None, or a ranking promise nobody controls | 3X what you paid in 90 days, or we work free |
| How rankings are proven | A screenshot from their own phone | A scan of your whole service area, before and after |
| When it starts working | They sell you the next package | We tell you to stop building |
| Who owns the website | Theirs. You rent it monthly | Yours. It transfers with you |
| Who owns the profile | Often held over you on the way out | Always yours — remove our access any time |
What happens
Including the part most agencies leave out — the month where it looks like nothing is happening.
We scan your whole service area before touching anything — that map is the only honest before-and-after you will get. Then the phone: missed-call text-back, speed-to-lead on forms, tracking on every call.
The leak stops before any ranking moves.
The Google Business Profile rebuilt field by field, starting with the primary category. The review engine switched on so it runs off completed jobs rather than somebody remembering. Listings corrected everywhere they are wrong.
Reviews start arriving weekly, on their own.
Pages built in batches — one per service, one per category, all pointed at your city, structured to mirror the profile. Published in stages and re-scanned between them so we can see what actually moved.
The quiet month. We say so in advance.
Your map side by side against day zero, with the specific searches that entered the top three named. Jobs and revenue measured against the numbers you gave us on the first call.
The guarantee is settled here.
Fit
Worth being straight about it before either of us spends time.
What it costs
Everything above is included. There is no bigger package.
Cancel any time. The work has to keep earning its place — if it stops, you should not be paying for it.
The jobs we send you will be worth at least three times what you have paid us within ninety days — or we keep working at no charge until they are.
Against $3,991 that is $11,973 in tracked work. For most of the businesses we take on, that is one or two projects.
A lead counts when it arrives through the tracking we install at kickoff. Its value is your own average job value multiplied by your close rate, using the figures you give us on day one — we count leads rather than closed revenue because a large project does not sign on the first call, and you should not have to wait on that to know whether this is working.
Questions
Only if it is holding you back, and we show you why before touching it. If a page is already ranking, we leave it alone. Rewriting something that works is the most common way agencies cost their clients money.
No. ServiceTitan, Jobber, Housecall Pro — that stays your system of record and we add the capture layer on top. Missed-call text-back is not native to any of them, so that part is ours either way.
Profile and phone inside the first two weeks. The website goes up in batches after that. Booked work from the reactivation offer usually lands in month one, before a single ranking has moved.
About an hour a month. Access at the start, three numbers on the first call — average job value, close rate, current monthly jobs — and a monthly check-in where we fill in what closed together. That last one is the whole basis of the guarantee.
No. Month to month. The website, the content and the Google profile are yours and stay yours if you leave.
One contractor per trade, per market. We are not going to sell the same service to the business you are trying to beat.
Next step
We look at your market, your map, and what missing the top three is costing you. No obligation — and if you do not need us, we will tell you.
